For the Technically Challenged
Voice of the Client This year I want to get a jump on my holiday shopping and buy useful gifts that will make life easier for my family.
Time Waster With Thanksgiving less than two weeks away, now is the time to make a shopping list of tech gadgets for each person on your shopping list. And, there is no better time to buy than Cyber Monday, November 27th. How can a well-meaning person with no technical background find the best deals and make sure they are getting the right version, model, size, voltage, ??megasmertz?? You get the picture.
The Solution There is power in numbers, especially if a tech nerd is among the group. Make Cyber Monday a fabulous networking event at your office with these easy steps:
- Invite clients and prospective customers and provide light refreshments.
- Make sure you have a room with plenty of Wi-Fi / Connectivity.
- Google and Print a list of the most popular tech gifts.
- Reserve an IT Professional for the day to assist your guests.
Impact Clever marketing and enriched customer service can take many forms. With online shopping taking the lead over hitting the mall, this is a great trend to follow. I’m having my own Cyber Monday event and recommend you do the same.
